【摘要】目的：分析加味黄连温胆龙骨牡蛎汤治疗肿瘤患者顽固性失眠的应用效果。方法：将于2018年9月至2019年3月在我院接受治疗的40例顽固性失眠肿瘤患者作为本次实验的研究对象，将其分为采用加味黄连温胆龙骨牡蛎汤的观察组和使用常规药物治疗的对照组，对比两种治疗方法的临床效果。结果：据本次实验来看，采用中药加味黄连温胆龙骨牡蛎汤治疗的观察组，其治疗有效率明显高于采用常规药物治疗的对照组，且数据存在明显差异，(P<0.05)。结论：对于患有顽固性失眠的肿瘤患者采用中药加味黄连温胆龙骨牡蛎汤进行治疗，可以有效缓解患者的失眠症状，从而缓解患者的心理状态，促进患者的快速康复。
